Beware of Scammers Impersonating Made in Iowa

Scammers may pose as Made in Iowa representatives to sell fraudulent vendor spaces. Please keep these guidelines in mind:

  1. We accept credit cards only. We do not accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Chime, or any other payment methods.

  2. All vendor payments must go through secure payment links on this website. Do not send payments through links provided by an unverified source.

  3. Cynthia Freese is our only vendor representative. Anyone else claiming to sell booth space on behalf of Made in Iowa is a scammer.

  4. Our emails come only from addresses ending in @madeiniowa.org, @marionsun.com, or @madeforher.org. Scammers often use Gmail or other unrelated email addresses.

  5. Our vendor applications are available only on this website. We do not use Google Forms for vendor applications.

If you suspect a scam or are unsure whether a communication is legitimate, please contact us before submitting information or making a payment.
